Great Session this evening with 11 runners participating.
Fitness Part 3
Tonights session was based on strength work to becoming a stronger runner, I split them into Team 1 & 2..
Started with squats, sumo squats, backward lunges with running techniques and a lesson of counting numbers hhmm?
Ricky "Count to 10 or 20" we all passed phew.
Following on Team 1 worked on speed work whilst Team 2 went off to do hill sprints and vice versa, we all went on to do 1 lap of the green area finishing off with a stretch and cool down.

Next Monday 3rd May is Bank Holiday we will confirm soon if a Fitness Session will take place.
