Twenty bags of rubbish collected by a committed team who were fired up to make a difference. Thirlmere Park is a little gem nestled away creating a green space which is used for community events as well as providing some space for nature to breathe. November 5th had left it devastated, littered and burnt. Task owner Rachel who is so committed to the park started the clear up joined by Goodgym. A big shout out to Sian for her first task and kudos to the whole team for being adaptive as some last minute changes came into play. Some sessions you just feel the warmth passion and drive of everyone and tonight's mission was one of those times. This Monday showed the enormity that can be achieved when people come together to make a difference. Twenty bags of rubbish, a collection of smiles that lit up the dark night and a clearer park.
