British Heart Foundation
BHF is the biggest independent funder of research into cardiovascular disease in the UK. We want to power the next breakthroughs in diagnosing, treating, and preventing the world’s biggest killer.

Look after your heart with a workout at the British Heart Foundation shop! This evening, we’ve got a fun challenge to create a window display that is all heart.

They need volunteers to move the equipment down in the lift and then put it in position in the window to entice the shoppers to come inside and make a purchase.

This task is perfect for a large group of us and is a perfect starter to get to know GoodGym if you haven't been before.

We will be meeting at the Quaker Centre for 6.30pm and will run 3km to the British Heart Foundation shop on Eden Street. We will get there for approximately 7pm if you need to meet us there. We will be doing a 2km run back after the task ends. We also have a walking group so please join in if you have an injury or don't want to run this evening. It's a great starter group!

We will be going to The Albion for our February social after the task so please join us from there from 8.30pm.

Kingston upon Thames

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
