THE event of the calendar year, the Fratton Lantern Parade is taking place again on 22nd November. Fratton Together have taken over the reigns from FBL, but the format looks to be the same. BRIGHT LIGHTS. BATALLA BANDS. RECKLESS PEDESTRIANS. Whack on a hi-vis and join the party!
