18:00 - 19:45This session will see us visit the tranquil Marlpit Community Gardens.
We'll meet at NAMCO car park (Barnard Road, Bowthorpe, NR5 9JB) at 6pm and aim to arrive at the task at 6.30pm (for those who want to meet directly at the task, the address is Marlpit Lane, Norwich, NR5 8XN). It's approx 2.5km each-way, so there's the option to walk if you don't wish to run.
Please bring your own gloves.
Although there is no baggage storage at NAMCO, any belongings can be left in my vehicle.

Options are available to run between 5km and 5km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
