Document checks are required to take part in tasks to support older people.

This doc check:

  • will take you less than 15 mins.
  • is a chance to meet your local area activator.
  • is a good time to get some training and fitness advice.
  • is before a group run, but you don’t have to join the run if you don't want to.

Important note

You need to show us three documents, including a valid photo ID and proof of address. Full info here. The easiest combination is:

  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driving Licence photocard
  • Proof of current address, e.g. bank statement (dated within last 3 months) utility bill (dated within last 3 months) council tax bill (dated within last 12 months)

Please note that we cannot accept photocopies or screenshots of any of the documents. You can apply for your DBS here. If you have any questions please refer to our FAQ or email us at dbs@goodgym.org.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at The Forum, and The Forum and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages
