The Ridgeway community garden volunteers have requested some GoodGym power to help with some physical jobs, so let's get down there!

Join us for a group run and task from Kingston Road in Merton. Meet at the Leather Bottle pub at 6.30pm for a 2.5m run there and a 2.5km run back. If you would prefer to meet us there at 7pm the address is: Garden at the Telephone Exchange on the Ridgeway, Wimbledon SW19 4PD.

On arrival, Maggie should be there to brief and guide us. If you have gardening gloves bring them along. Depending on the weather, consider wearing layers in case it gets chilly.

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 5km and 5km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.
