18:30 - 20:15As our previously scheduled task has been postponed, we'll be running a leisurely 5km and doing a litter pick in Chelmsford. We chat as we go so we can have a good catch up while we run/pick.
We meet outside The Old Factory Gym. They have parking, changing facilities, toilets and lockers if you need them. You will need to bring a padlock for the locker. As it is now getting darker in the evenings you may also wish to bring a headtorch.
Please arrive in time for the run to start promptly at 6.30pm.

What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
