11 of us gathered on a warm Tuesday evening to spread the word about GROAD
We kicked off by welcoming Jackson to his first Group Run fresh from a community mission at the weekend before introducing ourselves and our favourite UK city. Bristol was the clear winner.
Nathan took us through some warm ups before a short run to Stockwell and Clapham where we split into groups to deliver the flyers before a few group photos taken by a friendly stranger. Big thanks to Tilly for collecting these on Sunday and bringing them today!
A quick run back to Papa's Park and some cool down stretches including a discussion about tv game shows, Anne Robinson and Watchdog. Quite the Tuesday evening!
