Today the GG 'Famous Five' family ran an adventurous 10 miles around Derwent Reservoir.
Intelligent and reliable Julian, the eldest of the 5 (aka Steve), was asking about the elevation of the route to ensure his calf recovery plans would not be in jeopardy.
Cheeky Dick (aka Zof) and headstrong George (aka Kat) reassured Julian 'This course is flat' said Dick...
Watchful Anne (aka Hannah) was worried her watch was failing to log this run towards the GG Sheffield January Challenge...
Sprightly Timmy the dog (aka Ash), the hairiest of the GG Famous Five family, was full of energy whilst running around these 'peruvian flats'.
Dick set a good run pace... Many hills later Julian's legs had not yet broken, and George picked her pace up at the end thinking onwards to post run flapjack (courtesy of GG Grace, thank you) and lashings of ginger beer at the nearby pub :)
A great run was had by all :)
