A Thistle Stop Tour
6 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help the Luton Borough Council Parks and Countryside in Luton.
- Tuesday, 28th of September 2021
- Led by David Mansfield
This week six GoodGymmers assembled as the autumnal weather blew in the rain. We ran 3km up the hill to find out task, the 'Welcome to Luton' gravel sign.
The first thing you see as you enter South Luton from the M1, it was riddled with thistles and wasn't quite sending the best welcome message.
Despite being a prickly job we got it tidied up quickly as the rain arrived. With a clean, clear sign visible to passing cars and planes we ran away before the worst of the rain arrived!
