A Turf job, but someone has to do it.
8 GoodGymers made their way 3.0km to help their local community in Hackney.

Freaky changing weather and mmondoon downpours would have put anyone off a session of outdoor gardening and fitness... Aghhhh but not GoodGym Hackney who were out in force and bringing all the positive vibes in the land.
Meets and greets at local spot E5 cafe and a very short jaunt took the team over London Fields and to the hosts for evening, local.favourites Wilton Estate.
Greeted by the fabulous Debbie, who laid out the task - weeding, turfing and clean up.in their beautiful gardens that are used by residents every day.
Armed with spades and forks galore we set to work and under Debbie's watchful eye split into teams to cover most ground
45mins of back breaking graft, was eased by the good vibes and laughs, coupled with conversations of: tattoo pain, living abroad and pesky biting ankle nats. Random but true.
Before we knew it the task was a wrap and with 30mins to spare there was only one thing for it. Agility drills, suicide runs and plyometrics of course!!!
The Hackney crew took no prisoners and thrashed out the challenge with fierce determination (despite the odd coordination wobble here and there)
Jogging back to base, there were back-pats all round for not getting lost despite the 0.4mile distance between the two spots!! (its happened before it could happen again)
Fantastic session, terrific crew, a brilliant session well done.
Until next time...
DO GOOD. FEEL GOOD. INSPIRE.
