An exceedingly good day
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Liverpool.

Shopping trip number two for Mr M. saw a brighter, drier, warmer day.
Asda was quiet, so the whole trip was done in just over an hour. I was able to enjoy an exhilarating ride downhill, and still be home before midday.
Mr M also enjoys getting out for a bit of fresh air, and manages the odd walk up to the top of his road. In his flat, he relies on a stair lift to get him up and down, so any exertion is a challenge for him.
It is heartbreaking to see so many vulnerable and isolated older people who feel trapped in their homes, alone.
Our visits are so much more than a shopping trip. Human contact is vital, a chat may be the highlight of their week, and we may be the only other person they see.
