Another good deed 'Bank'ed
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the East End Women in Newcastle.

Another fantastic morning helping out at the East End Women's food bank. A bit of a hectic start, as the wonderful volunteers arrived to collect their parcels, luckily Louise and Michael got stuck right in and helped load dozens of bags into the waiting cars.
A local school generously donated their harvest festival collections and so there was an abundance of canned goods. Luckily the centre has received some great storage shelves and these were put to good use as we began the packing (although a couple of us may need to take a stool next time... I still don't know what was in the top two)
