Bagging for mercy!
4 GoodGymers made their way 3.3km to help the St Matthews Community Hall in Trafford.

Last night we met on a pleasantly mild evening to get some exercise, have a good chat and do some good in the Community. We met at our usual haunt of St Ms and split into two teams - one running and one run/ walking to get our distances in.
Once back we helped St Ms look smart for those using the facilities, particularly those attending funeral services by collecting leaves and mulch, bagging it up and tidying up. As usual, we smashed through our task and were really pleased with the improvements we had made.
Big shout out to Tom who made it out on his first run with us! Great to meet you and hope to see you again soon!
Thanks and well done everyone!
