Chicken run
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

It was another cold and wet day in the longest January ever, so it was good to have some extra motivation to head out for a run down to pick up Mr C's shopping list. After collecting the list, I then headed up to Sainsburys, managed to pick up everything he needed and then dropped it off back to a grateful Mr C. Shop done, run done, now time for a warm drink!
