Running back and forth with wheelbarrows full of fresh steaming compost, we attracted lots of attention from passers-by on a local estate and community centre in Tufnell Park. Having just run 3km we were helping to shovel and shake 6 tonnes of compost to prepare for some wholesome homegrown community veg. Much to the excitement of the local children, we also graced the streets of Tufnell Park doing quick drills and learning more about healthy running techniques. We stayed to get the job done and had a speedy victory run back to Somers Town. Straight back to the shower but with smiles on our faces feeling proud!
