This week's group run didn't take us very far as the destination was just a few metres from our starting point.
The team went on a run through the town centre and back again to get warmed up for a challenging task.
We arrived at Azalea and were greeted by Gus who had our task waiting. The basement room was full of boxes that needed moving up two flights of stairs and stacked chairs that needed moving up three flights of stairs. The basement had previously been flooded and the whole room needed the builders in to strip out all the moldy plasterboard and make it good again.
The team worked well getting all the boxes out and upstairs, stacked neatly away in a small room, leaving plenty of space in the basement for the much needed work to commence.
To round off our evening of leg work we had a go at the Moby squat challenge and despite some complaints everyone survived with quads intact!
