Curtains for this fridge freezer
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.
- Thursday, 11th of June 2020
It was great to see Jean-Christophe again for our second mission of the lockdown. This time we were taking a fridge freezer out of Mr N's flat to give him a bit more space now that he's back home from hospital. We were met by a friend of his, who let us in and showed us where to leave it, both were very grateful for the help. Although fridge freezers seem like they might be hard work, they're a lot easier than sofas! So it was very simple and I was glad to have an opportunity to wear the latest face mask made by my mum out of some retired curtains (I'd said the previous ones made from an old white sheet were a bit boring).
