Don't Fear The Heapers
7 GoodGymers made their way 10.0km to help the Luton Borough Council Parks and Countryside in Luton.

With nights drawing in it's nearly headtorch time again but this evening the rain clouds parted for us and we had a bright and dry run out to the riverside walk where our task awaited.
We'd done a few tasks here over the weeks, pulling up Goldenrod plants and leaving several piles of this invasive plant. With a good number of us we managed to pull some more and move all the piles out to the roadside, making a giant heap ready for collection.
Task done, we headed back into town via a brief squat challenge that really got those quads burning!
