EMS - Extremely, madly sweaty!

Actually its electronic muscle stimulator but wow, was it hot :P

Cycled over to Ealing to help Mr and Mrs P out. They were the lovliest couple and Mrs P was caring for her husband day in, day out. She needed some help to set up and operate a piece of equipment to help her husband try to maintains some strength as he is gradually less able to walk.

PPE at hand we set to work. With the equipment set up and working, I walked through the instructions with them. MRS p then operated the equipment alone whilst I made notes for her to keep at hand.

I was delighted to be presented with some bhajis on my way out, the couple were just so grateful. Their children either live in North England or oversees so they don't get to see them often.

I know you shouldn't have favourites but...
