Five Goodgymmers get off to a flier.
Our Goodgym crew had lots to do, on our feet up and down the street. In case you haven't heard we spread the word, of a healthy eating event, on the allotment.
After a brief warm up we located the fliers and set off towards the allotment as a nice warm up, then began delivering fliers on the way back. We split into pairs and set off on each side of the street racing up the hill to the top.
Several streets later and almost back to the high street we ran out of fliers! a job well done by the team. That just left a few larger posters and these were dispatched to the Co-op, The George pub and the tube station.
We completed a short run to make our distance up to 5k to ensure we had a good workout, and kept the team together, discussing our longest runs so far, in honor of James' epic adventures.
A good job well done we had a stretch and headed for home.
James will be back next week and you can sign up Here
