Flyering around Town
8 GoodGymers made their way 7.2km to help their local community in Westminster.

8 energetic GoodGymers ran 7k but moved 10 to deliver 400 leaflets for Open Age charity.
After the downpours of the day we were treated to some weather Karma and a beautiful bright sunny evening!!
With a compact group we were straight out the New Balance door heading to the North of the Borough for a change.
This week we were delivering leaflets for 2 new cycling proficiency courses for the over 50’s in Westminster. Aiming to get more over 50’s fit, mobile and active over the summer!!
After our 3.5k run out to Paddington we divided the leaflets up and got to work! Dashing up and down streets stuffing letter boxes at a great rate! Seeking out ingenious ways to get into tower blocks to optimise our target audience.
40 minutes and 400 leaflets down and we had smashed the task!!
Just left for a pacey 3.5krun back to base to get our heart rate going!
All stretched out on time and great to have a little social after to refuel via a tasty Barreto!!
Off to One Big Family next week to make food for the homeless, see you there!
Smooth Running
