Full STEAM ahead for Covid Clinic
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Swindon Borough Council in Swindon.
- Saturday, 20th of March 2021
- Led by Emma Sperring
GoodGym Swindon were in attendance again this week when 6 runners provided support at the STEAM museum, where thousands more local people received the vaccination against Covid 19 Some were managing the car parking whilst others acted as patient coordinators so were ready to meet, greet and direct patients into lanes in order to keep the operation running smoothly , and then to transition the patients 'beyond the screens' to the fabulous vaccinators which included members of the Army and Royal Air Force who are all also volunteering their services. This is such a rewarding mission and it was great to see the masked faces of some of our long lost friends getting vaccinated. People have never been so grateful for a jab in the arm.
