Fun in the sun on Super Saturday

Mark, Rebecca, Ian and I had an early start on Saturday setting up for the ever-popular Maple Road market. After 45 minutes of moving tables and putting up signs, Mark, Ian and I jogged over to Crystal Palace park where Ian was running his 100th Park Run 🎉🎉🎉
GoodGym was out in force for the occasion and we were joined by Kate and Catherine for a lovely run in the 🌞 before Mark and I headed off to do a spot of gardening at Alexandra Rec.
A lovely way to start the Bank Holiday weekend!
