Goodgym. It's not a Gym!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Hackney.

Goodgym was given the fabulous opportunity to have a steal at the awesome WOW festival this weekend, which was all party of celebrating International Women's Day. There were some great talks and activities to take part in but we were there to represent! No one was doing the Vogue or anything like that at all (wink wink).
When you're a gym that's not a gym. When you're a running club that's more than a running club, you've got to expel the thoughts that come into people's mind real quick when they see your Goodgym sign and a bunch of people dressed in sports gear.
So this is how it went, "Have you heard of Goodgym?" Followed by answer of "no, I don't want to join a gym" or "I've already got a gym."
In turn our answer were "we are not a gym" (in the most optimistic way). And that's how we got our responses of "go on you got me interested".
BOOOOM!
The formulae worked and once we got talking about what we really do in the way of supporting our community there was no stopping us and all our leaflets were gone before the end of the day.
Once again proving that Goodgymers are determined to succeed in any task that they are given.
All that's left to say about this beautiful day is BOOOOOOM and thanks to all that came a long to let people know how fantastic Goodgym is. #IWD #WOWFESTIVAL
