I arrived at my second mission of the day where I would be doing a shop for Ms E who has been suffering from some self neglect issues. The instructions I received was to arrive 12:15 where a woman support work from Red Cross and a housing officer would help assist Ms E and help make a shopping list. Easy right? Nope! On arrival after 12:15 no one was there except Ms E. Whilst introducing myself, the pair mentioned before arrived and then there was a shouting match between Ms E and the housing officer, I still have little understanding why. But the support worker eventually stepped in to cool the situation and the housing officer left. It was a good 15 minutes until a shopping list was prepared for me and in that time a bed was also delivered. It just all seemed a bit too hectic but it all worked out in the end with the shopping of just tins of tuna, PG tips tea bags and cheese done at a Nista nearby.
