The Grand Old Duke of York marching nursery rhyme aptly played through my mind (a result of maternity leave!) as I ran up the hill to Mr J’s - a good morning warm up!

Mr J opted to speak on the phone and left his list in the letterbox - so with my black gloves on taking in the long list, there was a hint of “mission impossible” as he explained he’s been isolating a long time.. (New soundtrack starts in my head.. ).

Back down the hill to the supermarket which thankfully had a short queue (as early-ish) - I ticked off the list and even acquired the last rolls of toilet paper!

I was glad of my backpack and additional robust bags I’d brought (“just in case”) to carry the load back up the hill and reflected that Liv and Mr Chi would surely be impressed with this weight lifting marching work out!
