Hoe do you like me now
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.
- Sunday, 25th of June 2017
Nothing helps get a Sunday started like a bracing early morning mission!
I showed up half an hour early, and spent half an hour reading my kindle on the kerb and looking a tad peculiar. When Ivo showed up, we approached Mrs G's home and were met by neighbours who supplied us with some lovely extra tools (and introduced us to their lovely dog).
The task was straightforward; the back garden needed to be cleared of weeds and other strange detritus, and the front garden (which had some lovely flowers growing) needed some of the more boisterous and unwelcome plants removed. Together, we did a great effort on both these tasks, and hopefully made both parts of the garden safer and more enjoyable to be around.
