I see a rude door and I want it painted black
10 GoodGymers made their way 3.0km to help the Down Lane Studios, Haringey Has Pride, and Tottenham Refugee Alliance in Haringey.

Nine Goodgymmers assembled at Tottenham Green Pools and Fitness for a short run to Down Lane. We welcomed Chima back from his hugely successful Abs on Tour tour of other London Goodgyms. See you again in another 7 months, Chi!
Tonight's task was a double, nay triple, nay QUADRUPLE task: we had THREE different flyers to deliver on the way to the real task of the evening. The flyers were to publicise a help for refugees initiative, a Haringey Has Pride theatrical opportunity and our very own Goodgym. Nothing wrong with a little self promotion!
We split into two groups and leapfrogged with the flyers up two parallel streets. Group A were the clear winners and headed to Street B to help the other group finish distributing flyers.
Then it was on to Down Lane Studios for the main task of the evening - via GGH's favourite Strava segment, the cycle lane sprint. Kudos to Rita for her first QOM.
Down Lane Studios is a meanwhile community space providing a creative hub and event space near Tottenham Hale. Unfortunately at a recent event some ungrateful guests managed to mess up the whole space with their graffiti tags. How rude! We were given paintbrushes, rollers and paint to cover the evidence, and made short work of it. Some of the tags could just be wiped off, and Nurjehan did a great job of that. In the main space, one group painted an entire wall dark grey in lightning fast time. Meanwhile, in the toilets the rest of the group had the task of painting the toilet doors black.
We stuck around in the space a little longer as it was the perfect chance to get a quick fitness session in. Chima had returned from his 7 month Abs on Tour tour of London GoodGyms. Only Haringey had escaped this pleasure. Until now... Chi led us through planks with shoulder touches, squat jumps, heel touches and various other painful manoeuvres. Which reminds me.... What type of exercise do lazy people do? Diddly squats! You know who's not lazy? Latoya, whose time spent in the gym meant she coped with Chi's session better than the rest of us!
After the session we said goodbye to Chi, who is injured and can't run, and headed back for the 1km run to base. We had just enough time for some stretches and Haringey High 5s before saying goodbye - until next week!
