Kefir Theory

Sevan was back to shop for Mr H again, this time coming directly from a work event in his regular clothes. Mr H asked about Sevan's line of work, then said that he was very interested in engineering and physics. Mr H was particularly excited about quantum theory and how quantum entanglement worked. He'd recently read an article explaining that in biology, there was also evidence of quantum entanglement such as in how robins navigate.

After being slightly out of his depth for a bit as quantum theory isn't an area of expertise although he can make some small talk, Sevan set off with Mr H's shopping list in hand. The list took Sevan to the same shops as usual and Mr H was very happy to hear that Ealing Broadway's Tesco had opened after recent refurbishment.

Sevan whizzed around the shops until he found that Mr H's preferred pasta wasn't available. After 2 calls with Mr H to identify a substitute that was in stock, Sevan completed the order with a couple of bottles of kefir. Once delivered, Mr H described it as

"like super yogurt. Great for your insides!"

...which is a theory too (or is it a fact?). Super or not, theory or not, Sevan isn't sold on the taste but might have to give it another go.
