I promised two rainbows and one unicorn did I not?
All 3 arrived within minutes of each other as did the kind hearted newbies in search of their first GG experience....
A quick in depth briefing on the wonderfulness that is 'us' . An introduction to the area, our host and finally the task.
The task, the task, the task... What would we be doing?
Today we took upon ourselves to build stools and tables with logs, make stepping stones out of log shaped stones, gather leaves for our compost heap and if you didn't fancy that I had some exercises for you.
The purpose of these exercises? To get those legs tingling, and those arms 😊 .
As we met at the start location we spent longer than usual doing good. An hour to be exact and soooooooo much was done. I quote "We didn't expect you to do so much, it was supposed to be a 3 hour job"
This is exactly what we want to hear. Happiness all round.
A group picture In front of St Luke's and an introduction to intervals for our newbies... Rep after rep after rep they ran. Panting, recovering, giving me dirty looks then going again. Smiling, laughing yet wondering why they were running...
Will they be back? Of course they will.
What's not to love? This is GoodGym...
See YOU on the other side
