What a brilliant evening. We met as usual at Crooklog and got excited about our new location and good deed. Tonight we headed out to the LEC centre to help with some of there tasks.
As the LEC is just round the corner from our start point I thought we would get some hill training in before we arrived. Yes I know, Iām always thoughtful like that š.
YES I KNOW, I'M ALWAYS THOUGHTFUL LIKE THAT........
So we headed out down Danson Road and looped back-round (up hill) to the LEC where we were met by Dan the caretaker who then showed us what needed doing. All a little chilly we all grabbed our cleaning cloths and started washing and cleaning the window frames around the class rooms. If I say so myself we are a dab hand at this caretaking stuff as when we finished they looked brand new š
To keep us warm, before we headed home we all got involved with my sit off fitness session. Blimey, the moaning!! Now all a little tried it was time to say our good byes and head back in the cold š„¶ which thankfully was just a quick dash back to Crooklog to finish the evening.
Thanks LEC for having the Bexley Goodgym team round and thanks to all the Bexley Goodgymers for another brill evening. Quick shout out to Sarah who paid us a visit from Camden Goodgym. You are welcome here anytime........ See you all next. Tim
