Logging a good deed
14 GoodGymers made their way to help the Bristol Parks - Friends of Eastville Park in Bristol.
- Sunday, 30th of May 2021
- Led by Richard Breakspear
A lovely sunny session helping out at the Eastville Park old bowling green.
Thirteen people today, so we split into two groups for today’s tasks:
Taking up some temporary decking that had reached the end of its life.
Shifting logs up hills and across the park for turning into tea light holders/bird boxes.
Lovely to see so many faces in a larger outdoor session.
A few of us then stayed on for a sunny social in the park. Happy 200th to Alice D (not whale), who received the most unique 200 Good Deeds T-shirt so far!

Thanks Richard (looks like I had the best form in the ‘lifting the log over the head challenge!’, maybe it was the best? 😂)
*vest!
It’s true, you look better in our ‘uniform’… 😆
