Lopping Mad
5 GoodGymers made their way 3.0km to help the Luton Borough Council Parks and Countryside in Luton.

This week's Group Run was a short but distinctly up-hill route to Bell's Close, a part of People's Park, where David from the Friends of High Town awaited with all the kit.
After a quick intro to the task we set to work lopping and sawing down diseased elm trees and unwanted sycamore saplings that were overgrowing the footpath and making it gloomy.
With the path opened up once again and all the cuttings piled high, we stopped for a quick workout in the park, a lunges and burpees challenge to the Ghostbusters theme 👻
