Muckin' In
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Newham.

As the British Telecoms ads used to say: "it's good to talk" - with the hoarse voice of Bob Hoskins, that ad stuck around. And the reason being is because it's true; felt like a small window into the before times on Saturday, it was indeed - good to talk.
Myself, Paula, Paul and Chris helped out at Kieran's community garden on a usually grey Winter's day. Paula and I washed the polytunnel, allowing more light to penetrate though to the plants inside. We ended up absolutely soaked, myself in particular, a poor grasp of fluid mechanics can be dangerous. Paul and Chris diligently painted the front door, classic black, can't go wrong with that. After that a bit of pot prepping, for the kids at the primary school, they'll then fill them with seeds and pass them back, an efficient system. Finally we prepped a bed made in 1987, sams age as me, with lots of delicious fertiliser bits; first in horse shit and then the fish bone and blood.
Was a proper pleasure to see you lot - we'll be back to big group dynamics soon, just the final push now.
