Noel task too big, Noel task too small.
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Haringey.
- Saturday, 27th of May 2017
Three runners headed to Noel Park on a sunny Saturday to help Haringey Hero Floyde with some weeding and tidying up of the park.
Floyde started as usual by taking us all around the park & pointing out all of the amazing projects he has going on there, from vegetable patches, to flower beds & fruit trees. He's well known to local resident so we stopped for a chat with a few people on the way round.
Tour & chat over we split up, setting to work on some litter picking and clearing the weeds from an over grown bed ready for some planting. Some local kids came to lend a hand so we tasked the witch clearing up any twigs & sticks they could find in the bed.
Bed cleared & two bags of rubbish filled, an hour & a half later we were satisfied with the progress made. After some team pictures we set off on our return runs home, good achieved & job well done.
