Out comes the sun but unable to run!

A bright but chilly Saturday morning walk to Dalston to deliver Ms J’s weekly paper, allowing me to get a few steps in whilst recovering from the injury.
Was lovely to see Ms J who always brightens up my day! She was grateful as always to receive her paper.
