4 volunteers walked and ran to the scout hut in Batheaston.
Our task was to paint two walls, skirting and door frames within two hours. With paint brushes in hand, Max and Emily started one end of the hut and Emily and Helen started at the other end.
As it was a very large hut we could easily maintain social distancing. We finished the walls within the hour and then moved onto the skirting. Two hours later and the task was complete.
Great job team! The scout hut looks nice and fresh ready for the scouts to return when allowed
