Kash and Sevan arrived at Mr S' house bright and early. It was a return visit as they'd been here 3 months ago and the asks this time were similar, to weed everything, front and back. Realising this would take most of the day, they asked for priorities and were directed to the monoblock on the front drive.

Getting to the front garden needed some escapology skills as the gate had been locked behind Kash and Sevan when they went to the back. Lacking the lock springing skills of Houdini, they instead asked for help from the beneficiary's family. Once they made it to the driveway which spanned the width of the house, it didn't look too bad. Mr S then came to supervise and told them that when he was healthy, weeding the drive was an all day job. Yikes!

Kash and Sevan set to work, one with a scraping brush and the other with a trowel, working in rows, columns and concentric circles as if in a concrete interpretation of a Wassily Kandinsky painting. They were both aiming to meet at the centre point, the front door.

In his supervisor role, Mr S was initially quiet, observing and rating the weeding skills of Kash and Sevan. Once they had gained his respect however, Mr S became more chatty and talked about his past, including the job where he worked 12 hours days and how he still put in the hours to tend to his garden on his off-days which showed real dedication.

Luckily for Kash and Sevan, while weeding the monoblock was tough - through GoodGyming, they've both realised that they never want a monoblock driveway or path - it didn't take them the whole day. They actually finished with 10 minutes of the task to spare.

Wondering what to do with the last 10 minutes of the mission, Kash and Sevan realised there was more fun to be had with the monoblock in the back garden, so they went to do a bit more weeding under the garden table before saying goodbye and running onward to their next mission.
