3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Sandown Allotment Association in Newcastle.

I completed park run this morning and before heading to the goodgym task, I briefly spoke to a friend. We spoke about how running sometimes feels like your mind is saying no, despite your body still having a lot of energy. Does anyone feel like that too?
This morning Flo, Max and I helped Mr J turn over one of his raised beds. The bed had previously been home to some courgettes. In recent years the bed had been chilling with a sole occupation to be a raised bed.
We all spent the entirety of the time, tending to the raised bed. Where do you draw the line and when does a raised bed become a raised bed free of weeds?
Mr J was grateful for us coming to help. Keep a look out for future tasks to help Mr J.
All are welcome to the task on Monday. Meet at 18:15 at Stepney Bank Stables.
