I decided to accept Steve's challenge of litterpicking during lockdown2 by combining it with a bike ride. After working out the best way of cycling safely with a litterpicker on board, I set off from our gate and ventured out into the countryside. Unfortunately I didn't have to venture far to find litter lurking in the hedgerows. I quickly filled up by bike basket with rubbish - mainly empty drinks containers. None of this was anywhere near residential property so Sherlock Holmes deduced that it was probably chucked from car windows by people driving between villages :( When I got home I put the empty tins in the recycling bin.
