Running to the end of the world...
13 GoodGymers made their way 9.0km to help their local community in Hammersmith and Fulham.

This week 13 of us set out on the 4.5km run to World's End. A far less apocalyptic scene greeted us than the name suggests!
The World's End estate has been one of the Council's focuses in the past month for boosting recycling efforts. We spent 30 mins helping the council by delivering new, re-usable recycling bags, leaflets and magnets to residents in the blocks. So super quick was the team that we actually ran out of bags! A nice problem to have.
After a quick run down to the river to admire the view, we ran our way back to base. A longer than usual run, but a great evening for getting the miles in the legs. A huge well done to our first time runners: Risa, Conor, Guy and Bec! And to everyone else - you were on great form as always :)
Loving running with you all in the light and warmer evenings. Anna
