S-logging it out in the playground
12 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Hackney.

This weeks run report is being brought to you by the lovely Isobel Boyson... AKA Bella.....
A small but elite group of Hackney GoodGymmers set off on Tuesday to deconstruct a mighty log pile at Hackney Play Association. After a quick jog to the location, we got on with the log-istics of shifting the wood. After in-depth discussions about how best to avoid disturbing any hiding hedgehogs, we got the task done exTREEmley quickly. Luckily this left a lot of time for the serious matter of climbing up towers, running across rope bridges and being pushed on the swings. On the way back, we worked good running posture and how to pretend you're not lost. After all that childish fun we'll sleep like a log.
NB: No hedgehogs were harmed during the completion of this Good Gym task.
Bella.
