Tonight our task was to deliver leaflets for the Sam Beare Hospice Santa Fun Run this coming Sunday. Woking and Sam Beare Hospices is a patient-led charity that delivers specialist palliative care to people who have advanced life - limiting conditions, as well as supporting their carers and families. We started with a quick briefing then headed off on the 2km run to Oriental Road where we were going to start our delivery! Once there we split into 2 groups, one taking the left side, the other the right. We made very light work of it and after 3km of running and well over 100 leaflets delivered we headed back on the scenic route through Woking. After just over 1km we arrived back at Base for a cool down and stretch!
