Seeing triple
1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Tara Kinder Memorial 10K in Derby.

The Tara Kinder Memorial 10k is a super friendly and fast 10k race, raising money for local charities.
Set in the grounds of Elvaston Castle, the 3 lap route takes runners around the beautiful park on a summer's evening. Naomi signed up to marshal and joined a team of dozens of volunteers to guide and encourage runners around the course.
Armed with a cowbell and a giant hand, we had all the tools for making sure runners knew which way to go and could make lots of encouraging noise. Our very own GoodGym Derby member Peter was amongst the runners, so he got extra cheers and rings of the cowbell!
It was great to see everyone giving it their all ... not once, not twice, but three times as they completed each lap!
Well done to all the runners, volunteers and event organisers for a brilliant evening!
