GoodGym woking goes off road
Last night was a little different, with one of our tasks not being able to go ahead and with many members signed up for the brutal running race at Hawley Lake this weekend, I thought this was a great opportunity to get in some training.
James, Adam and I started off on Pirbright green, from here we headed through the farm - where we got cheered on by the sheep who were waiting to get a hair cut. We then headed on to the ranges, with a little bit of mud and hills, it was perfect practice for this weekend.
Once back we headed onto the green for a litter pick. In total we ran 7km.
Next week- its off the allotment to harvest the potatoes.
excuse the plaster on my head in the photos- had a small accident wakeboarding.
