Sorting a 'problem-attic' situation
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Birmingham.
- Monday, 24th of August 2020
Today, I completed my first mission which was to someone's house.
I went to Miss J's house to help take some boxes etc. down from her attic so that she could have a good clear through. I went up the attic and passed boxes down to Miss J (but if there were any heavy ones I would bring them completely down).
It was a simple mission, but something that Miss J really appreciated as it meant she could have a sort through of items and also meant the attic ladder could be put back up so it would be easier for her to manoeuvre around upstairs. It was good timing as well before her recycling collection tomorrow.
Together, we were able to sort out the 'problem-attic' situation and it was lovely to meet Miss J.
