The intrepid GoodGym Bristol crew braved one of the coldest nights of the year, and a bit of rain to complete a two part task in Easton and on the cycle path.
We met as usual at Roll for the Soul at 6.30 and set off eastwards along the cycle path and to Easton.
We had two tasks, planting bulbs to brighten up Easton in the Spring, and also helping to spread the word about Sustrans' Cycling Santas and Reindeer Riders ride.
We ran at a good pace along the cycle path to keep warm in the cold, and then set about the main task to plant the bulbs. With 400 bulbs planted we headed back to Bristol, splitting into groups to put up the posters all along the route.
Great work from everybody who came. We're going to go back next week to complete the task, with more bulbs required in Easton.
