Strawberry Fields Forever

A select band of GGers arrived in the sunshine and bracing wind for a spot of garden shrub moving and tidying.

Having mastered chatting from two metre distancing, we upped our game to a good four metres and had considerable success until Andy, the boss, started up the petrol lawnmower.

After taking lots of weeds out, we finished off by helping the strawberry runners find new places to root, even if the mice at this year’s crop. Or maybe it was Beatles...
